CELEBRATING THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES WEST HOLLYWOOD AWARDS SUNSET STRIP BILLBOARDS.

The city of West Hollywood celebrated the billboards that have become part of the landscape along the world-famous Sunset Strip on Thursday by presenting its first Sunset Strip Billboard Awards.
