The largest Veterans' Day parade in Mississippi will be November 11 on the Gulf Coast in special tribute to the silver anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War. Parade highlights include military fly-overs, armored vehicle displays, national and local military and civilian bands, and skydiving skydiving

Lt. Col. Russell A. Madderra, member of the parade committee, emphasized the importance of a unified event for Veterans' Day. "This is a good reason to come to the Coast, "Madderra said. "We are going to host veterans from all over the country."
