Joe Paterno Joseph Vincent Paterno (born December 21, 1926, in Brooklyn, New York), nicknamed JoePa, is the head coach of Pennsylvania State University's college football team, a position he has held since 1966. , stated, "I am familiar with CEI and believe that it is a strong company. I am enthusiastic about working with the company and its management team and assisting with the marketing plan and future growth." He added, "As a past director and stockholder of TeleBeam, Incorporated, I fully supported the merger between the CEI and TeleBeam earlier this year, and today's announcement of my involvement with the combined organization as Corporate Spokesperson is an extension of that confidence and support to CEI."

In addition to Mr. Paterno acting as Corporate Spokesperson, the company will be developing a promotional plan that is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2000.
