The CrossWay-Hopital software was designed by ICSF to manage shared patient files, medical care units, technical platforms, and doctor's consultation, in public health institutions. ICSF was acquired by CEGEDIM in 1999 and has experienced several loss-making years. The present transaction allows ICSF to valorize val·or·ize tr.v. val·or·ized, val·or·iz·ing, val·or·iz·es 1.
