CEGEDIM is still performing very well on its core business, with a 13% growth in the Pharmaceutical companies division (which accounts for 47% of consolidated turnover).

The outlook for the second semester 2002 should enable the Group to make up for the yearly forecast in turnover. Half year results should be slightly lower than the 2001 half year results, but the management is confident in achieving its objectives for 2002, with regard to the recovery of its activities of computerization of healthcare professionals which has already started.

-- the activities dealing with "Customer relationship management" achieve a strong increase on the international scale (+ 28%) in line with the Group's globalization strategy, whereas the French activities are now stabilizing, as forecast.
