CECI Consulting Engineers Council of Illinois ) Monday announced the signing of definitive agreements to acquire both Classic Golf Management Inc. and WorldWise Marketing & Graphics.

Georgia-based Classic Golf Management specializes in managing and maintaining golf courses. In addition, Classic Golf Management owns and operates pro golf shops and HYDROTURF, a course maintenance company.

WorldWise Marketing & Graphics is a Southern California-based full service marketing and advertising concern providing creative audio, video and print services to both commercial and retail markets.

With the acquisition of Classic Golf Management and WorldWise Marketing & Graphics, CEC (Central Electronic Complex) The set of hardware that defines a mainframe, which includes the CPU(s), memory, channels, controllers and power supplies included in the box. Some CECs, such as IBM's Multiprise 2000 and 3000, include data storage devices as well. Properties has aligned itself to become a major player in the golf management field.
