: CEC) today announced that it will release fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 results after the market closes on March 6, 2007. The Company expects to file its Form 10K/A K/A Knowledge and Abilities  for the fiscal year ended January 1, 2006, Form 10Q/A Q/A Question and Answer
Q/A Quality Accounting
 for the quarter ended April 2, 2006, Form 10Qs for the quarters ended July 2, 2006 and October 1, 2006, and Form 10K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 shortly thereafter. Consequently, the Company does not expect to file its Form 10K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 by the March 1, 2007 due date.

The Company will hold a conference call the same day at 3:30 p.m. Central Time, which will be broadcast live over the Internet. To listen to the conference call, please go to the Company's website at http://www.chuckecheese.com at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the call to register, download and install any necessary software. For those who are not able to listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available shortly after the call on the Investors section of the company's website.
