IRVING, Texas -- CEC Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: CEC) today announced that it will release fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 results after the market closes on March 6, 2007. The Company expects to file its Form 10K/A for the fiscal year ended January 1, 2006, Form 10Q/A for the quarter ended April 2, 2006, Form 10Qs for the quarters ended July 2, 2006 and October 1, 2006, and Form 10K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 shortly thereafter. Consequently, the Company does not expect to file its Form 10K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 by the March 1, 2007 due date.
