:CEC) today announced that it will broadcast its year-end earnings call via the internet on Tuesday, February 18, 2003.

The Company will host a conference call with investors to discuss the financial results for the year ended December 29, 2002. The call will begin at 3:30 pm Central Time and will last for approximately 40-60 minutes. A news release reporting the financial results will be distributed after the market closes on February 18, 2003, prior to the call.

Investors have the opportunity to listen to the call live on the internet at http://www.chuckecheese.com. To listen, please go to the web site at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the call to register, download To receive a file transmitted over a network. In any communications session, "download" means receive, and "upload" means send. The download/upload often implies a big/little scenario, in which data is being downloaded from the "big" server into the "little" user's computer.  and install any necessary software. For those who are not able to listen to the live broadcast, a replay of the call will also be available shortly thereafter and continue for ninety days.
