John C. Garner, CEBS CEBS Committee of European Banking Supervisors CEBS Certified Employee Benefit Specialist CEBS Chemical Effects in Biological Systems CEBS Church of England Boys Society CEBS Charles Edward Brooke School (UK) of Garner Consulting, in Pasadena, Calif., was named president. Monica Desmond, CEBS of Foundation Health Systems, in Woodland Hills, Calif., was named president-elect. John Reiter, CEBS of Marsh, in Los Angeles, was appointed vice president. Barbara Morey, CEBS of Lockton Insurance Brokers, of Los Angeles, was elected secretary. Scott Gregory Scott Gregory was an American figure skater. He competed in ice dance at the 1984 Winter Olympics with Elisa Spitz. He then paired with Suzanne Semanick, with whom he won the gold medal at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships twice and competed at the Olympics in 1988. , CEBS of Yamasaki Insurance Agency, in Torrance, Calif., was elected treasurer. Anne Trinh, CEBS of Keenan & Associates, in Torrance, was appointed to the board of directors. Continuing on the board of directors are the immediate past president, T.
