CEA and NASBA Announce New Partnership; Programs Will Offer Exceptional Benefits to New and Existing Members.

 The Association of Channel Resellers announced a new partnership that will extend cooperation between the two associations and expand member benefits at each association. CEA and NASBA acknowledge the critical role that each association plays in the technology integration sector of the consumer electronics industry and the importance of each association's member base.

Partnering with CEA, NASBA positions itself strategically with the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES(R)), the world's largest consumer technology tradeshow. NASBA endorses CES as the must-attend show for the IT reseller community. NASBA will leverage its position in that community and promote attending CES to its members. In addition, NASBA will host an event during the 2006 CES for both its IT reseller members and vendor partners.

Through the partnership, members of NASBA and CEA TechHome Division can take advantage of tiered membership categories. In addition to basic membership, NASBA has created two new levels that offer their members enhanced benefits: NASBA Digital Home Edge and NASBA Digital Home Edge-Plus, which includes membership in CEA's TechHome Division.
