:CESW) today announced financial results for its second quarter ended March 31, 2001.

CE Software reports a net loss of $272,000, or $0.23 per share, for the quarter. The same quarter a year ago saw a net loss of $305,000, or $0.27 per share. Revenues were $400,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2001, compared to $735,000 for the same quarter a year ago.

"We are currently working on new products which we expect will, in part, replace the declining QuickMail revenue," said John S. Kirk, president. "We have already begun marketing QuickConference. The formal acquisition of QuickConference was approved by our shareholders at the annual shareholder meeting held on March 23, 2001."
