CDX Gas, LLC Promotes Michael McCown to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CDX Gas, LLC.

HOUSTON -- Robert R. McBride, President and CEO, announced today the promotion of Michael McCown to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CDX Gas, LLC. This promotion takes effect immediately.

"Mike has demonstrated an outstanding level of leadership and effectiveness in his prior role as Senior Vice President of Operations. This promotion acknowledges his dedication and commitment to the company, and is well deserved," said Bob McBride.

Mr. McCown originally joined CDX Gas in August, 2006 as Vice President and General Manager of the North East. His talent and contributions were quickly recognized, gaining him several promotions within the company up to his most recent held position of Senior Vice President of Operations. He has over 30 years of broad industry and management experience gained at EOG Resources, East Resource, Devon Energy and Pennzoil. Mr. McCown currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia (IOGAWV). He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and is a registered professional petroleum engineer.
