CDW and Danka Introduce OneRate Program to Help Organizations Control Printing Costs; Flat-Fee Pricing for Genuine HP Toner and On-Site Technical Support.

VERNON HILLS, Ill. -- CDW Corporation (NASDAQ:CDWC), a leading provider of technology products and services to business, government and education, and Danka Business Systems PLC (NASDAQ:DANKY), one of the largest independent providers of enterprise imaging systems and services, today announced a joint program called OneRate, which enables subscribers to receive genuine HP toner and next business day on-site service for a flat annual fee.

CDW will administer the program so business and public sector customers can predict printing management expenses and ensure toner availability. OneRate caps toner and printing maintenance costs over one, two or three years with a single invoice. It is designed to simplify supply ordering while providing reliable, fast repair service.

OneRate subscribers call a single toll-free number to order HP toner and to report printer malfunctions. CDW will ship the toner to any office location, with free ground shipping. When service issues occur, a team from Danka's 1,200 certified technicians will respond within two hours to resolve the problem by phone or to schedule an on-site visit no later than the next business day.

--There are no extra parts or labor fees

--Fees are determined according to the quantity and model of printers used by the customer

--All owners of new and existing HP LaserJet printers are eligible to participate. This includes color and monochrome laser printers, as well as multi-function laser printers

--In the future, OneRate may be expanded to encompass products from other manufacturers
