Further details on the executive changes are as follows:

        James R. Shanks previously served as executive vice president
        and president, CDW Government, Inc., responsible for the
        company's public sector sales organization. In his new role,
        Shanks will lead both the corporate sector and public sector
        sales teams. He will focus on driving growth by further
        segmenting CDW's customer base and improving productivity
        across the entire sales organization. Shanks joined CDW in
        1993 and has also served as chief information officer.

        Harry J. Harczak, Jr., previously served as executive vice
        president-sales, responsible for the company's corporate
        sector sales organization. In his new role, Harczak will bring
        together the company's marketing and purchasing organizations
        to align seamlessly with its partners to more effectively
        contribute to growth. In addition, he will oversee CDW's
        business development efforts. Harczak has been with CDW since
        1994 and has also served as chief financial officer.

        Diane I. Primo, vice president and chief marketing officer,
        will continue her role of developing and executing CDW's
        marketing strategies and programs. Primo will remain a member
        of the CDW Executive Committee. In addition to Primo, Matthew
        A. Troka, vice president-purchasing, and Anne B. Ireland, vice
        president-business development, will report to Harczak.

        Douglas E. Eckrote previously served as senior vice president
        of purchasing and operations. Eckrote will continue to focus
        on maximizing operational efficiency at both of the company's
        distribution centers in Vernon Hills, Illinois, and North Las
        Vegas, Nevada. Eckrote has responsibility for improving and
        expanding services to customers, such as product
        configurations, technical support, and special order project
        management. Eckrote joined CDW in 1989 and held various
        positions in sales before moving into operations.

The city's population more than tripled between 1990 and 2003.  in December 2005 and will be focused on balancing operations between our two distribution centers for optimal efficiency. In addition, Doug's team will continue to improve and expand our customer services," said Edwardson.

In addition to Edwardson, Shanks, Harczak, Primo, and Eckrote, members of the CDW Executive Committee include Barbara A. Klein, senior vice president and chief financial officer, Christine A.
