VHA Leadership Award for Service Excellence

The VHA Service Excellence Award is granted to suppliers that have demonstrated exceptional service to VHA members in the past year. Candidates for the award are recommended and selected based on their sales interactions with VHA members and overall levels of reported customer satisfaction. Winners are selected with member and VHA management input, using financial performance and utilization of contracts. In addition, the candidates are judged across three principle criteria: sales growth/member participation, customer satisfaction, and responsiveness to VHA staff and members. CDW Healthcare was the only VHA supplier that received a rating of "excellent" in all three categories and the first IT supplier to win the award.

"CDW Healthcare is proud to be a VHA supplier and is deeply honored by our selection for the Service Excellence Award," said Bob Rossi, general manager for CDW Healthcare. "This award is a direct reflection of the efforts our account management teams put forward every day to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Looking ahead, we hope to build on the success we have experienced over the past year by continuing to provide the responsive, customized service that our clients have come to value and expect."

Supplier of the Year for Sales Growth and Member Participation

The Leadership Award for Service Excellence marks the second distinction that CDW Healthcare received from VHA this year. In March, CDW Healthcare was named Supplier of the Year for Sales Growth and Member Participation in recognition of the company's solid growth from 2004 to 2005 in both revenues of VHA-mediated sales and the number of new VHA member customers.
