Second quarter 2000 revenues were $105,047 compared to revenues of $94,288 in the 1999 quarter. In the 2000 quarter, the net loss was $70,616, or $0.02 per common share, compared to a net loss of $1,023,107 or $0.33 per common share, in the 1999 period. For the six months ended June 30, 2000, revenues were $177,030, compared to $205,376 for the first six months of 1999. The Company recorded a net loss of $171,088, or $0.05 per common share, for the 2000 six-month period, compared to a net loss of $1,945,682, or $0.62 per common share, for the 1999 six-month period.
