CDKnet.com Develops Video Catalog For Sandals Resorts Featuring Full Screen Video and Direct Links to Web Sites.

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1998--CDKnet.com (OTC Bulletin Board: THCX) announces its subsidiary, CDKnet, LLC. is developing a video catalog for Sandals Resorts using its CDK technology.

The CDK will feature videos from its Caribbean resorts, a virtual tour of its facilities and direct links to web sites for its Sandals and Beach Resorts. Music will be included from noted Reggae artists such as Bob Marley and Tyronne Taylor to enhance the entertainment value of the CDK to its users. The CDK will be distributed to travel agents and vacation planners as a marketing and information tool that will enable users to view multimedia information about the Sandals and Beaches Resorts and link them directly to web sites to get the latest pricing information and resort updates. The CDK is expected to be released by January in time for the winter vacation season.

This project further validates the use of CDK technology as a marketing tool for driving Internet traffic to Companies' web sites and is becoming a key component of Internet marketing programs. Sandals will be one of the first companies to use CDK in the travel and resorts industry.
