CDKnet.com, Inc. Receives $2.8 Million Investment.

 based Internet holding company, announced today that the company has secured $2.8 million in financing from a private Japanese investment team.

Terms of the investment call for the company to immediately receive $1 million followed by $300,000 per month for the next six months. In exchange for the financing, the investment team will receive restricted shares in CDKnet.com, Inc. stock. Under terms of the financing, the company has earmarked the funds to flow through to the ValueFlash.com subsidiary.

"This latest round of funding will enable ValueFlash.com to continue its plan of providing innovative digital direct marketing solutions," stated Bob Reeves, Chief Financial Officer of ValueFlash.com, Inc. "This investment along with our planned international licensing revenue should cover ValueFlash's anticipated financing needs through the end of 2001."
