CDKNET.COM Announces Plans to Enter the Custom Entertainment Compilation Market.

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--CDKNET.COM, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CDKX; the "Company") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary CDKnet, LLC has acquired the custom CD production equipment and systems from the recently defunct My-CD Company.

CDKnet will adapt its unique CDK technology to the equipment. This will enable CDKnet to create and burn a CD containing a custom selection of entertainment contents via the Internet. The completed custom CD will then be delivered to consumers via their choice of shipping mode. Acquisition of this leading edge technology equipment will enable CDKnet to enter the market for custom compilation via the Internet on an accelerated schedule. This custom compilation equipment will greatly expand CDKnet's e-commerce capability and potential to tap into the growing e-commerce market for custom entertainment content.

The CDK technology enables the seamless integration of audio, full screen tv quality video and Internet linking onto a standard audio CD. These applications are designed to play on a PC platform running Windows 3.1 or later operating systems. The audio will also play in any standard audio CD player.
