CDKNET Announces Several New Developments For Its Eascent Affiliate.

GARDEN CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2001

CDKnet.com, Inc. ("CDK"or the "Company")(OTC Bulletin Board: CDKX) announced today that its affiliate and partner company Eascent, LLC had entered into several new business agreements for Central and Eastern Europe.

Eascent has finalized its joint venture agreements with Kamsoft, a major software and hardware design company in Poland. As a result of this joint venture, operated as a separate entity known as Atrex, Eascent will have access to Kamsoft's network of 350 dealers who act as value added resellers of its hardware and software products and provide technical support for its customers. Simultaneously, Eascent announced that Atrex has entered into an Integrator agreement Symbol Technologies, Inc., the Bohemia, New York based world leader in bar code scanning technologies. "We are very excited about the opportunities in Poland and all of Central and Eastern Europe and our agreement with Kamsoft and Symbol provide an excellent opportunity to develop significant business throughout the region," said George King, President of Eascent.

Wireless Hospital in Warsaw, Poland

In a related development, Eascent, LLC announced the implementation of a pilot project for wireless computer systems at the Beniah Hospital in Warsaw, Poland. This hospital, one of the largest and most prestigious in Poland, will be installing the pilot system developed by our Atrex joint venture, in January 2002 to demonstrate the system's ability to increase the level of healthcare provided and reduce overall costs. "The ability to bring technology to the patient bedside has been shown to provide a variety of high-value applications for healthcare professionals. For example, the use of wireless handheld computers will enable physicians to prescribe medications on-line at a patient's bedside. In addition, these same wireless handheld computers can be used by the nurses during administration of these medications," said Mr. King.

"A study by the Institute of Medicine in Washington, DC showed that thousands of patients die each year in the USA as a result of medication errors. This wireless medication management system has the potential to substantially reduce these errors and consequently save many lives. The savings associated with reducing these errors, which includes shorter hospital stays, less corrective procedures and countless other expenses, can enable these wireless medication management systems to pay for themselves in a mater of months. We are looking forward to having the current Minister of Health in Poland, Dr. Kuszmircavich, cut the ribbon for the systems implementation late in January 2002," said Mr. King.
