The Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) is a non-profit organization, whose mission is "to develop and support global, platform-independent data standards that enable information system interoperability to improve medical research and related areas of  (CDISC CDISC Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium ) recently announced a call for new members, as well as an opportunity for current members to upgrade their membership category.

CDISC currently has more than 90 members, including the majority of the major global pharmaceutical companies.

Companies that join or upgrade by April 18, 2003, will get back 10 percent of their first year dues in education credits for their organization. These credits can be used to attend any CDISC-sponsored public or in-house In-house
