Rhode Island, island, 15 mi (24 km) long and 5 mi (8 km) wide, S R.I., at the entrance to Narragansett Bay. It is the largest island in the state, with steep cliffs and excellent beaches.

 and will take place at the Northern Rhode Island Collaborative. The event will benefit area school districts by providing them a free and easy way to dispose of their technology waste.

In addition, to help encourage participation, CDI is giving away a free notebook computer A laptop computer that weighs in a range from five to seven pounds. The term originated when laptops were routinely more than 10 pounds, and those that became lighter were placed in a special "notebook" category. In practice, notebook computer and laptop computer are synonymous.  to the district with the highest weight in recycled equipment. This event will also benefit the state of Rhode Island by lowering the amount of technology waste that flows into its landfills. After the event CDI will take the disposed equipment, break it down, and then recycle re·cy·cle
