:CDI) and Personic Inc., a global provider of eSolutions for recruiting, today announced the completion of a five-year, multi-million-dollar agreement, which represents the biggest sale in Personic history and further extends a strategic relationship between the two companies.

CDI, which began using Personic's EZaccess(tm) product in 1996, currently has 1,000 active users. The agreement will expand implementation of the product to an additional 10,000 desktops worldwide over the course of the next five years at CDI divisions and subsidiary companies.

&uot; The ability to easily access, manage and use information is a key requirement for CDI. Personic products support our focus on increasing our effectiveness and efficiency in very quickly matching candidates with opportunities, as well as our focus on implementing common systems company-wide that will support future CDI e-business initiatives,&uot; said CDI Chief Information Officer Ray Barratt.

Personic's EZaccess product suite provides the ability to effectively manage and track both candidate and customer data throughout the placement process. EZaccess emulates the work flow of a staffing company from start to finish, from receiving resumes and job orders, matching and placing candidates and generating customized management reports. By automating the entire process, time-to-placement and cost-per-placement are significantly reduced, enabling recruiters to make more placements.

&uot; This sale is very significant to Personic. We believe that this is the biggest deal ever signed in our industry for recruiting software and, as such, shows the confidence that CDI has in our ability to further enhance its productivity in this mission-critical area of its business,&uot; said Mike Silvester, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Personic.

CDI, which currently uses EZaccess in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  and the United Kingdom, will be able to deploy the product to other countries as well. Personic is one of the few technology providers today with multi-lingual staffing software. &uot; The ability to do business globally is increasingly a requirement for staffing companies who serve multi-national customers. EZaccess software will support our ability to do this,&uot; Barratt said.
