CDC properties 100 percent leased.


Confirming reports of stronger demand in the industrial real estate market, the Cityscapes Development Corporation (CDC See Control Data, century date change and Back Orifice.

) announced that with the recent leasing of a one-story building to the Pierce Packaging Company its industrial parks, aggregating over one million square feet in Eastern seaboard states, are 100 percent leased.

Berger has headed Cityscapes as president since its inception 15 years ago. He formerly was chief executive officer of Helmsley-Greenfield, Inc., and senior vice president of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. His firm is based in Rutherford, N.J.
