 Solutions Ltd (CDC) (www.cdcsolutions.com), the acknowledged market leader in compliance-ready, document-based solutions to the life sciences industries, today announced record annual results, with an increase of 56 percent over revenues from year ended December 31, 2001.

License revenues represented 72 percent and service revenues 28 percent of the total revenues for 2002. CDC made the addition of 28 new life sciences license customers in 2002, bringing CDC's total customer base to 165 companies world-wide.

CDC experienced another record quarter ended December 31, 2002 with total revenues increased 50 percent over the comparable period in 2001 and a 64 percent sequential increase over quarter ended September 30, 2002. CDC also achieved its corporate objective of attaining profitability in the fourth quarter and maintains strong cash reserves Cash reserves

CDC Solutions signed 28 new license customers in 2002. New customers included British Biotech British Biotech was a British based biotech company.

EZsubs(R), CDC's flagship product A primary product of a company, which is typically why the company was founded and/or what made it well known. For example, MS-DOS, Windows and the Microsoft Office suite have been flagship products of Microsoft. CorelDRAW is a flagship product of Corel Corporation.  is available in three tailored solutions to answer a range of electronic regulatory publishing requirements for all tiers of the life sciences industries. The demand for all three solutions was high in 2002 with 12 new EZsubs(R) Enterprise customers, 5 new EZsubs(R) Compliance customers and 4 new EZsubs(R) Team customers.

Alliances

In the year 2002, CDC enhanced its alliance efforts by expanding the roles of key allinaces and adding new certified partners to support its technology and service offerings. Highlights included:
-- Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) signs a global alliance agreement and now resells EZsubs(R) and PDFaqua.

-- First Consulting Group (FCG) expands its role as a CDC certified partner and offers EZsubs(R) and PDFaqua as part of its FirstDoc(R) offerings.

-- CDC strengthens long term partnership with Documentum(R).

-- CDC Solutions works with Fujitsu Limited and IBM Business Consulting Services to support sales and marketing in Japan.

-- CDC and Document Control Systems partner to offer a complete document management and publishing solution with the integration of MasterControl and EZsubs(R) Team.
