CDA Employees' Federation rejects referendum results.

ISLAMABAD, August 09, 2009 (Frontier Star): CDA Employees Federation after rejecting results of Saturday's referendum has demanded to National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC) to reconvene the referendum, as their opposite labour union belonging to PML-Q has rigged the polls and remove the ballot boxes from Sanitation department polling both. While addressing a press Conference here Sunday, Presidential Candidate of CDA Employees Federation Amanullah Khan underlined that Chairman CAD labour Group Ch. Yasin of PML-Q was reminiscent of Former Dictator Pervez Musharraf, who has also filed applications against the referendum in the apex courts of the country. Amanullah Khan also informed that in the Saturday's referendum the labour Union Group of Ch. Yasin was casting votes without any identity, as at the sanitation department both an sweeper of NIRC was detained, who was working as Assistant Presiding Officer, but later Ch. Yasin removed the ballot boxes, as the authorities take the notice of the issue. He further disclosed that Ch. Yasin after airing the rumours regarding killing of his supporter blocked Zero-point road and harass the citizens and PPP despite in the ruling position did not resort to use power, as PML-N and PPP aims referendum through democratic process in the country. Presidential Candidate of CDA Employees Federation demanded that in accordance of NIRC' s rules the employees of CDA should be given their electoral right and our struggle will continue till convening of new referendum. Bugti family never Choose Mir Ali Bugti as "Sardar": Shah Zain ISLAMABAD: Baloch leader, Shah Zain Bugti, president Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP), Balochistan has said that Mir Ali Bugti is political Sardar appointed by government and Bugti family had never appointed him as 'Sardar'. In an interview with Private TV Channel, Shah Zain Bugti said that Mir Ali Bugti has been appointed Sardar on the wish and will of government. But Bugti family never considers are taken him as Sardar. He said that Bugti tribe spreading more than 450,000 persons and these persons living in all the four provinces of Pakistan. He said that nobody turned into Nawab and Sardar after gathering merely 4000 to 5000 people. He said that military adventurism is continuing in Balochistan since 2002 amid the rule of former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf. He said that military adventurism has badly affected the situation in the Balochistan province. Shah Zain said that he was not allowed to go his area. He said that he was also arrested when he tried to enter his area during general election. Shah Zain said that his father never deprived him property after declaring him disobedient. Shah Zain said that all assets belong to Nawab Akbar Bugti is in the custody of government and establishment and these assets are under the careful monitoring of a Major of Pakistan army. He said that he enjoys support of the majority of the people of Bugti tribe. There are few people who are opposing him on the directives of government. He also rejected the government claim of place where Bugti was killed. He said that Bugti was martyred at the border of Bugti Agency. When we go for FIR, we were asked to lodge FIR where Bugti was killed, he added. Shah Zain said that they had filed writ petition in the Balochistan Court and if he will not get justice than he will knock the door of Supreme Court. He also demanded the restoration of constitution in its original form that of 1973 and said that they are ready to act upon the 1973 constitution. He said that timely measures by government can stop all movements running in the province. He also ruled out desecration of national flag in Balochistan and said that such incident never happen in the province.
