The CD Warehouse Franchisee Association (CDWFA) held a special board meeting today to discuss recent events and activities, including the announcement of a derivative suit derivative suit

 filed against CD Warehouse, Inc. (CDWI) and the announcement of an offer by competitor Django's to buy CDWI. Following the meeting, CDWFA President Jim Boushka announced that the CDWFA will address the opportunities and challenges involved in a possible purchase of CD Warehouse by Django's and other recent events.

"The impact of the events and activities of the past few days is potentially significant to the franchisee community. The CDWFA is scheduling a meeting open to all franchisees, members and non-members, within the next few weeks to discuss the options and opportunities available to us" stated Boushka.

Boushka also stated that the recent filing of an arbitration arbitration
