) today announced the following executive appointments to its senior management team.

Andrew J. Greenebaum, age 35, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Greenebaum has been with The Walt Disney Noun 1. Walt Disney - United States film maker who pioneered animated cartoons and created such characters as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck; founded Disneyland (1901-1966)

 Company since 1989, where he has held senior management positions since 1992. He was most recently Vice President, Corporate Finance, in charge of corporate and project finance for Disney. Prior to Disney he was a financial analyst with LF Rothschild. Mr. Greenebaum holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College Dartmouth College, at Hanover, N.H.; coeducational; chartered 1769, opened 1770, the ninth colonial college (see Wheelock, Eleazar). Originally a men's college, Dartmouth began admitting women in 1972.  and a master's degree in business administration from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business.

Keno V. Thomas, age 39, Executive Vice President, Marketing. Mr. Thomas has served as Vice President of Programming at DIRECTV, Vice President, Affiliate Marketing at ESPN ESPN Entertainment and Sports Programming Network , Vice President, Marketing at Times Mirror Cable and DMX See DMX512. . During the past 15 years, Mr. Thomas has been responsible for the development of DIRECTV's programming relationships, the establishment of ESPN's Japanese and Pacific Rim operations, and the development and implementation of national marketing for all 59 Times Mirror Cable systems.

Joe Capobianco, age 48, Executive Vice President, Content. Mr. Capobianco has served as Vice President of Programming at Music Choice, a consortium owned in part by Warner Music, Sony Music and EMI (ElectroMagnetic Interference) An electrical disturbance in a system due to natural phenomena, low-frequency waves from electromechanical devices or high-frequency waves (RFI) from chips and other electronic devices. Allowable limits are governed by the FCC. , where he was responsible for the development of programming strategy. He has also been responsible for the development and launch of the "Collage" series of premium priced CDs sold through Tower and selected retailers. He is a recipient of the prestigious 1995 International Radio Awards Gold Medal for Best Radio Special. Mr. Capobianco is an expert in numerous major and niche music formats, including Rock, Urban, Jazz, NAC See network access control. , Adult Contemporary, Latin, Classical and Country.

The FCC was created under the U.S.  national satellite radio broadcast licenses. The Company is developing a satellite-to-car 50 channel radio service for the delivery of music and other programming to motorists throughout the United States.
