The driver sales representative for CCX's Seaford, DE service center was nominated by company officials for his safety record and outstanding customer service. CCX is a regional less-than-truckload commercial freight carrier and a component company of Con-Way Transportation Services (CON-WAY).

Dotson has been in the trucking industry for 21 years and has won a number of recognition and service awards. Since he joined CCX in 1995, he has driven more than 650,000 of those miles. His outstanding skills also led him to win the title of "Grand Champion" in Delaware's 1999 State Truck Driving Championships.
