CCID CONDUCTS RANDOM SAMPLING OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

The "2001 China IT Products Customer Service Satisfaction Survey" was done by conducting random sampling and site visits in five consecutive months to ensure credibility of the results. In addition, to add value to the survey results, CCID took the survey a step further to investigate the demand for the level of customer services, and the range of services provided by vendors and service providers.
