, Inc. (Riverwoods, IL) has begun the publication of State Unfair Trade Practices Law, a looseleaf guide that is updated with a monthly newsletter. It includes coverage of state unfair trade practices laws (SUTP SUTP Support of Unit Training Plans

) in all 50 states and an annual subscription to the publication costs $595.

The new publication includes the full text of all state laws, state-by-state summaries and full-text court decisions, as well as explanations and analysis. Editorial covers: types of SUTPs; elements of a violation; applicability and exceptions; activities subject to special rules; standing to sue, class actions and statute of limitations A type of federal or state law that restricts the time within which legal proceedings may be brought.

Statutes of limitations, which date back to early Roman Law, are a fundamental part of European and U.S. law.

The newsletter includes text of new and amended laws, recent court decisions, a list of pending legislation and information on related legal and administrative changes and developments.
