This represents an increase of 3.2%. The net interest margin for the period ending December 31, 2002 was 4.24% as compared to 4.01% for the period ending December 31, 2001. The loan loss reserve balance at December 31, 2002 was $2,853,750 or 1.47% of loans outstanding.
