) announced it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire privately held MB Associates Inc., a Fishkill, N.Y.-based healthcare claims processing company (www.medi-bill.com) for $1 million in stock. In addition, a principal of MB Associates will purchase $500,000 in new common stock from CCES at its current market price. For the year ended Dec. 31, 2001, MB Associates Inc. generated a small profit on revenues of approximately $1.7 million processing approximately $25 million in healthcare claims.
