CBT Group Reports Second Quarter Financial Results.

For the six month period ended June 30, 1996, revenues grew 71% to $27.6 from $16.1 million in the comparable period of 1995. Net income for the recent six month period, before deducting the after-tax costs of acquisitions, was $4.4 million, or $0.23 per equivalent American Depositary Share, compared with $1.4 million, or $0.09 per equivalent American Depositary Share, for the same period last year. Reported net income for the recent six month period, after deducting costs of acquisitions, was $3.9 million, or $0.20 per equivalent American Depositary Share.
