CBT Corporation announces increase in quarterly dividend.


PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 1995--CBT Corporation's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.12 per share, payable October 25, 1995 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 1995.

This is a 9.1 percent increase over the current dividend rate and represents the 18th consecutive year dividends have increased. "Our current excellent capital position and long-term earnings outlook support this dividend increase," said William J.
