CBS and NBC had identical 10.2 ratings and 16 shares last week, Nielsen Media Research said Tuesday. NBC had a slight edge in total viewers.

``Touched by an Angel,'' the Sunday night drama that is continuing to grow as a hit in its third full season, finished third in the ratings last week.

``60 Minutes'' this week had a segment on the growing number of spiritual-themed television shows, with its centerpiece an interview with ``Touched by an Angel'' executive producer Martha Williamson. It aired less than a half-hour before the drama.

CBS' Sunday movie, ``The Third Twin,'' also left ABC's competing ``Into Thin Air'' - a dramatization dram·a·ti·za·tion
