When you get to the AEPS website, enter the restricted access area and look for AMC (Advanced Mezzanine Card) See AdvancedTCA.  COMMANDS AND ACTIVITIES and click on TACOM-SBC.

AEPS requires a password, but your Army Knowledge Online (AKO) password will work with AEPS too.
