CBRE wins top honors at NAIOP awards gala.

Tillinghast, who also designed Baltusrol (Lower), Bethpage Black, San Francisco Golf Club, Cedar Crest Park, and nearby Quaker Ridge Golf Club.  in Mamaroneck, NY.

Most notably, the firm won Leasing Deal of the Year in both Fairfield and Westchester Counties for its role in Vertrue Inc's lease at 20 Glover Avenue, Norwalk, CT and Triarc Companies' commitment at 800 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY.

In addition, the sale of 55 Railroad Avenue, Greenwich, CT, a transaction arranged by Jeff Dunne and Steve Bardsley of the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Tri-State Investment Team, was one of three deals that earned The Willet Companies the Acquisition of the Year award for Westchester and Fairfield Counties.

In the Vertrue transaction, CB Richard Ellis' Steven Greenbush, Michael Siegel and Brooke Feder represented owner Building and Land Technology in leasing 82,215 SF to the integrated marketing services company for its corporate headquarters. The firm will relocate to 20 Glover Avenue in Norwalk, a historic building that formerly served as the Caldor's Corporation's headquarters, from Stamford.

These most recent awards are a continuation of several years of honors for CB Richard Ellis from NAIOP. Last year, the firm was honored with the Acquisition of the Year Award for New York City/ Westchester/Fairfield County for the disposition of Altria Group's 600,000 s/f, 54-acre headquarters in Rye Brook, NY.
