CBRE wins Property Award.


The award for International Achievement at the prestigious 2004 Property Awards in the United Kingdom went to CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  for its highly successful merger.

Just over one year ago CB Richard Ellis announced its intended merger with Insignia in·sig·ni·a   also in·sig·ne

The CB Richard Ellis investment team advised on two of the most important global deals last year. In just 47 days the team completed the $1.227 billion sale of the Chartwell Land portfolio in the UK.
