CBRE tuned in to radio firm's space requirement.

In a deal which allows Interep National Radio Sales, Inc. to retain its long-term headquarters at 100 Park Avenue, the company has signed a 58,510-square foot renewal on the entire fifth and part of the sixth floor of the 36-story building owned by S.L. Green.

CB Richard Ellis' I. Keith Ellis and Elizabeth Ann partnered to arrange the 15-year deal on behalf of Interep, while Steve Durels of S.L. Green acted for his own company in the transaction.

"It is a terrific business deal, one that gives Interep continued access to its client base, the ability to be near a prime transportation hub, and remain in a superb building in an excellent location."

According to Antoine LaRoche, National Director of Operations for Interep, "Signing a multi-year contract at 100 Park meets the long-term objective of our company. Under the new agreement, we have both the physical space necessary to grow our business as well as a design plan that will improve productivity and foster a comfortable working environment for our employees. This was complex transaction and we a grateful that we had such a dedicated team from CBRE to assist us in our negotiations with S.L. Green."

Interep is the exclusive rep firm for nearly 1,800 radio stations nationwide.

Located two blocks south of Grand Central Station in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, 100 Park Avenue consists of 825,815 square feet. Other tenants include Kreindler & Kreindler, J & W Seligman Co. Inc.
