) recently represented Katoen Natie Gulf Coast in its disposition of a 186,811 s/f warehouse and manufacturing facility located at 2960 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison, New Jersey Edison Township (usually known as Edison) is a township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township had a total population of 97,687, making it at the time the fifth largest municipality in New Jersey. As of the U.S. . CBRE's first vice president Scott Belfer, first vice president Lou Belfer and senior vice president Mindy Lissner were responsible for this transaction. 2960 Woodbridge Avenue is located on 16 acres with amenities including active rail service to and from the facility, new heating system, 30' by 50' column spacing and 14 loading docks. The facility is also conveniently located near Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike, I-287, Routes 1, 9 and 514 and the Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State". .

"This is one of the largest industrial dispositions in the Exit 10 submarket," commented Mr. Scott Belfer.

"The transaction reflects the tremendous demand for industrial facilities with additional land for outside storage in New Jersey. We are pleased that 2960 Woodbridge Avenue provided SteelFab Realty with the quality facility and location necessary for the company to expand its structural steel business into the Northeast," Belfer concluded.
