Both properties are recognized as the premier and largest office assets in their respective markets. The team was also responsible for procuring the buyer, AmTrust Realty Corp.

One SeaGate, located off of Summit Street on the shore of the Maumee River, is a 28-story office tower with an attached pavilion that defines the city's skyline. One SeaGate's prestige, presence and quality of construction make it far and away the best office asset in Toledo.

The building offers floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls and unobstructed 360[degrees] view of the Maumee River and Lake Erie. At over 20,000 s/f and rectangular in shape, the floorplates are among the largest and most efficient in the market.

AXA Towers, located at 100-120 Madison Street in the heart of the Syracuse CBD, is comprised of two 19-story towers that are connected by a five-story wing. AXA Towers has unparalleled views, is widely recognized and offers various on-site amenities including a credit union with ATM, large cafeteria, sundry shop and dry cleaners.
