CBRE tapped to sublease Hovnanian's Red Hook Plaza.

) announced that it has been named the exclusive sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  agent by Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. for 141 West Front Street in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Coined Red Bank Corporate Plaza, this facility is currently under construction and is expected to be ready for Tenant fit-up in May. When completed, the facility will consist of a four-story 88,000 square foot Class A office building with an additional 4,878 square feet of retail space and a 339-car parking deck. CBRE's First Vice President Suzanne Macnow, Senior Associate John Kaye and Associate Adam Englander have been hired to sublease 66,000 square feet of office space on three floors and 4,878 square feet of retail space at Red Bank Corporate Plaza.

"The building is owned by a JV Partnership between PRC Group and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Mack-Cali, New Jersey's largest owner of office properties, is also constructing the building. Monmouth County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state offering a myriad of housing options, corporate tenants and a highly-skilled and educated labor pool."
