CBRE tapped to lease million-square-foot complex.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , New Jersey's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, has been named exclusive leasing agent for Morris Crossroads Corporate Campus, a five building, one million-square-foot office campus in Mount Olive, New Jersey.

CB Richard Ellis' Vice Chairman Patrick Murphy and Senior Vice President Sam Buckley will lead a seasoned team that includes Executive Vice President Peter Eppie, Senior Managing Director Raymond Sohmer, Senior Vice President Remy DeVarenne and Associates Gregg Baillie and Brendan McBride on behalf of the owner, an affiliate of BPG BPG Blocks Per Game (basketball statistic)
