CBRE tapped to lease long-heralded 1.2m s/f industrial park.

On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced it has been named exclusive leasing agent for iPort12 International Trade & Logistics Center in Carteret, New Jersey Carteret is a borough in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 20,709.

CB Richard Ellis' senior vice president Mindy Lissner, first vice president Lou Belfer, first vice president Scott Belfer, sales associate Stacey Weinberg and project manager Susan Strauss will represent the landlord, Panattoni Development Company.

 Architects, the facility is one of the most unique and anticipated warehouse/distribution facilities in New Jersey and represents Panattoni Development Company's foray into the New Jersey and New York markets. Panattoni is developing the project with P/A Associates of New York. This new development project closed a former landfill adjacent to exit 12 on the New Jersey Turnpike and upon completion, will bring 1.2 million square feet of large-scale warehouse development to the thriving port area. Currently, both buildings are available for lease.
