) announced it has been named exclusive leasing agent for 15 Independence Boulevard in Warren by MSI Property Inc.

CBRE's First Vice President Daniel Casey and Associate Patricia Riedel will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of this Class A property. Currently, there is 32.342 s/f available, divisible to 3,300 s/f.

This four-story, 107,150 s/f building features a brand new HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) In the home or small office with a handful of computers, HVAC is more for human comfort than the machines.
