CBRE sets the stage for Broadway deal.


A prestigious Upper West Side 180-unit apartment building at 2030 Broadway, aka 154 W. 70th has just been purchased by Kayvan Hakim, principal in the Manhattan-based family-owned real estate investment firm which owns and develops and manages properties both in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
