 Company, CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has closed the sale of 75 Ethel Road in Edison, N.J., a 100,000 s/f industrial facility. The property was purchased by Haskell Trading, Inc., which is relocating from Harrison, N.J. and will use the space as a distribution location.

 Central New Jersey industrial group was responsible for this sale transaction, which was led by Lou Belfer, first vice president, Scott Belfer, vice president, Mindy Lissner, senior vice president, Terry Armstrong Terry Armstrong (born 1958 or 1959 in South Yorkshire) is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder for Huddersfield Town & Port Vale during the 1970s & 1980s. , associate, and Susan Strauss, project manager.

"We are pleased to announce the sale of this well-located facility to Haskell Trading," said Belfer.

"This sale transaction met all of Middlesex Realty Company's and Haskell Trading's strategic requirements."
