CBRE seals 45,000 s/f Sixth Avenue sublease.


Regent Business Centers, a leader in providing premium business facilities, recently committed to a 45,000-square-foot, sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  space, consisting of the entire 27th and 28th floors, at 1325 Avenue of the Americas.

This new facility, which joins 575 Lexington Avenue and 787 Seventh Avenue as the firm's third Manhattan location, highlights Regent's continuing national and local growth and expansion.

"This sublease enables Regent to further expand their Midtown presence with nicely appointed and well-maintained, fully-furnished space at very advantageous economic terms," Mr. Griswold said.
