CBRE represents both parties in Jersey City sublease.


On behalf of the sub-landlord Bowne Printing, CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  recently subleased 157,623 s/f of industrial space to Jordache Enterprises, a leading global apparel manufacturer, at 99 Caven Point Ave AVE Avenue

 also represented Jordache in this transaction.

The CBRE industrial team of Gary Capetta and William Waxman, first vice presidents, Nick Nitti, senior associate, and Carrie Brown, associate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jeff Babikian, senior vice president, and Steve Pastor, vice president of global logistics, represented the sub-landlord.

Jordache Enterprises will be utilizing the space for a warehouse and distribution center.

We are delighted to have satisfied both companies' real estate requirements, while adhering ADHERING. Cleaving to, or joining; as, adhering to the enemies of the United States.
